Funding Requests

Coleman Creative Grant Funding Applications now open!

The Coleman Creative Recovery Grant is made possible through grant funding from the Wood County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (WCADAMHS) Board, in collaboration with the Transcendence Artist Coalition. This initiative supports individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges by providing funding for art supplies that foster healing, self-expression, and recovery.

This grant is offered in memory of an individual whose life and creativity were impacted by behavioral health challenges. Through this opportunity, we honor their legacy by uplifting others on their journey.

This application closes on August 28, 2026.

Aside from grant dollars, recipient(s) will also be featured artists in the WCADAMHS Board Resilience Through Art: Recovery Art Show the May following the award.

Note: While the WCADAMHS Board serves on the grant scoring committee, the grant process - including application administration, review procedures, and award decisions - is developed and facilitated by the Transcendence Artist Coalition.
